Step-Up
Pay-As-You-Go Sessions
Our Step-Up option offers flexible, pay-as-you-go Science support, ideal for students who need a topic-specific boost—whether for exam prep, help with a challenging concept, or focused revision—without the need for long-term commitment.
Many students come to us needing quick wins in a challenging topic. After just one or two sessions, they walk away with renewed confidence and clear, practical strategies they can use right away.
You can book one or more 50-minute sessions as you need, and after each lesson, we email all supporting materials: the presentation and any lesson annotations, concise revision notes summarising key concepts, and a self-assessment multiple-choice test to reinforce learning.
Step-Up offers both support and independence, giving students the tools to benefit fully from each lesson and apply their new knowledge with confidence.
Growth
Subject-specific Monthly Plan
Our ‘Growth’ option provides structured, intensive support in a single subject over a flexible, prearranged schedule—ideal for students who want to target specific challenges or extend their knowledge in key areas.
With weekly sessions, targeted assignments are set and marked throughout the month, with personalised feedback given to guide improvement. Designed to help students identify and overcome learning barriers, each session breaks down complex concepts, builds subject-specific skills, and prepares them to tackle even the most challenging questions.
For example, a recent student, Sam, joined our Growth program struggling with Chemistry. After a month of structured lessons and personalised feedback, Sam not only improved but also found new confidence.
An optional meeting with parents at the end of the term offers an opportunity to review progress and discuss ongoing needs. With flexibility around school holidays and the choice of one-to-one or very small group sessions, ‘Growth’ adapts to each student’s unique path to success.
Mastery
Comprehensive Term Plan
Our ‘Mastery’ option offers fully tailored, all-inclusive Science support across multiple subjects over a full term (12 to 15 weeks). With prearranged sessions on essential topics and the flexibility to add extra lessons at no additional cost, ‘Mastery’ is designed for students seeking comprehensive, ongoing support.
Families who invest in Mastery often begin with students feeling uncertain about Science, especially with exams ahead. But with our full, one-to-one support and ongoing guidance, these students don’t just improve—they gain the skills and confidence to approach Science with assurance. Daily email access is available for homework guidance and help with new topics introduced in school, ensuring timely support whenever it’s needed.
Personalised resources are created as required to meet specific learning goals, and we provide homework with marking and feedback to reinforce progress. Regular meetings with parents keep you informed of your child’s achievements and development.
As exams approach, ‘Mastery’ also includes revision lessons and guidance on structuring effective independent study, building skills and confidence that support both academic success and lifelong learning.
